Not happy with your purchase? No Problem send back your items and we will give you a full refund as long as you can answer YES to the following 4 questions:
1. The item is still in perfect condition and is unworn?
2. Its within 14 days of your purchase?
3. All tags are still in tact.
4. The item is not personalised

Please wrap the item in a bag and post it back to us using the address below. Please make sure you include an order name or number. Please keep all proof of posting as we are not liable for any lost returns.

- We unfortunately can not refund or exchange any personalised items unless at our fault or error.
- We are happy to refund any non personalised items as long as they are back in their original state and returned within 14 days. No item will be refunded until we have received it and it's been checked for quality.
- No amendments are guaranteed once the order is placed, we normally get straight to work on your items although we will always aim to amend if possible
- Once an order is placed you will have a 24hr working day cancellation time. Unfortunately after this time has passed you will not be entitled to cancel your order as this will be in production.
Do i have to cover postage to return?
Yes. We do not cover any shipping fees for returning items. Please note they are your full responsibility until they get into our hands so we advise you send tracked as we can not be held responsible for any lost items.
How long until i get my refund?
Please allow 5 working days once we have received the item for us to inspect it and refund the order. You will be notified via email once the refund is processed.
Paypal and Buy now pay later payments are normally instant. Please allow 1-2 working days for card payments.
Due to some quick stock turnarounds we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to change for a different colour, style or size we advise you ordering on the website and return the unwanted item so that you don't miss out.
We do not take any responsibility for lost mail when our courier has provided us with evidence of delivery. We use a Royal mail fully tracked service which allows us to track your parcels journey.
Please note if you claim a non delivered item, this won't immediately be refunded or replaced. A claim procedure needs to be put in place in which the courier may accept responsibility in which we will then be happy to replace your item once costs have been reimbursed. Orders in this case will never be refunded, your exact order will be resent out to you although we are happy to discuss sizing to allow for size increase whilst the claim was being processed,
